Crazy real vivid dreams during pregnancy normal ????

I am 6 weeks and the dreams feel so real ! I woke up this morning crying my eyes out . I had a dream about my grandmother who I am very close with she has the starts of Alzheimer’s but she’s still really with it . The nightmare was her closer to the end she’s only 70 . I work in hopice so I see it all the time and dreading the day she won’t remember me . So it just hurts so bad like it was real . My poor boyfriend had to leave for work but he stayed in bed with me till I fell back asleep . (He’s the best lol )

then I had a dream about my ex husband trying to hurt me it was so real I woke up with my heart racing . That was just today .
