I started Sprintec two weeks ago. I started it a week before my expected period because I’m taking a trip in late September and wanted to regulate my period so I’m not on it during my trip. I started the pill the 17th and started spotting almost immediately. Been spotting heavy (like a pad) every day. As of yesterday I’ve been cramping and bleeding like a light period. I know you can have breakthrough bleeding but now I’m worried. I’m also bloated and have acne that I never had before. Can anyone tell me if you’ve had similar issues? Is this normal breakthrough bleeding?
