7 days late 2 negative tests

I’m normally not this irregular and had very low possibility of pregnancy but was still super anxious so I took 2 tests and they both say negative and plan to take another in 3 days just in case because that’s what the instructions said but does anyone have any advice or anything? Or has anyone been in a similar scenario?
