How can one conceive twins naturally?

This might sound stupid I know, but I've seen alot of women on here say they're carrying twins. I want to know if there's a way, besides going to the Dr and putting multiple babies in you, to have twins? I have tried looking online and no luck. If anyone could give me some good advice that would be great, and no I'm not a teen or anything. I'm a 26 year old mother who wants twins. Thank you!

You can’t conceive twins naturally unless twins run on your mothers side. And even then it’s not guaranteed.

A lot of women who do have twins is because they needed help getting pregnant so they had multiple eggs put in their uterus and two of them happened to get fertilized having twins naturally is a lot more rare and genetic

If the doctor finds a reason and puts you in ovulation stimulating medication. Releasing more eggs is the only “natural” way besides IVF, unless it runs in your family. Basically it just happens. 
Mine were “natural” from medication. All 6 of my eggs I released got fertilized, but ended up with only 4. The 14 weeks I carried them was by far the hardest pregnancy I have ever had, I’ve had 10 in total. That one defiantly took the cake. it was miserable. Multiples come with a lot risks! I was monitored twice a week, and put on bed rest at 10 weeks. Granted that was because there was 4, but I’d imagine twins are around the same as far as running out of room and causing a lot of complications.
