2 weeks after D&C. Should I try?

Hello, I am 34yo and have PCOS. I had a D&C two weeks ago. My doctor did a genetic test on the baby and we are waiting for the results that might take a month... We were told to wait 2 weeks but I am scared. I was supposed to take clomid to help ovulation but the month I got pregnant I didn’t take it and I think that’s why my baby died. Maybe I had a bad ovum. My husband wants to try right away but I am afraid it will happen again. Should I wait for the results? I have heard you are most fertile right after a MC and won’t like to miss a chance but I didn’t take clomid so I am scared. Should I try or wait for the results?
