I’m roughly 7-9 weeks pregnant. I have my first sonogram appointment August 2nd. I am a type 2 diabetic with a thyroid condition. I previously had thyroid cancer and had a full thyroid removal. In January i finished my last radioactive iodine treatment to fully suppress any tissues left behind after the surgeries hoping this assist with avoiding doing chemo or any kind of radiation therapy. I take meds daily for this condition as well as insulin for my sugar. I’ve considered switching to a vegan or vegetarian diet to help with controlling my numbers.

I’ve experienced some mild cramping but no bleeding and my sugar has been up and down the last 2 weeks. I’m super stressed because I’m scared something could go wrong with the baby.

Anybody here have a thyroid condition?
