PCOS + Septate Uterus

Gals.. it’s been 6 months since my miscarriage.. and as much i would want to keep delaying and denying infertility issues. Today i took the first step, and had my first consultation with a fertility clinic.

I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS and a septate uterus... and as much as i want to be mad, i have answers. I can try to find solutions.. i have my follow up pretty soon and my septate removal surgery hopefully this year.

If you guys have any advice or comments about PCOS, that would be really helpful. I really want to get on a healthy state.
