My husband and I have been trying for nine months now. Every month I spot once a few days before expected period and always get it before or on time. I usually have very painful periods; my breasts ache and have sharp pains, and I have terrible cramping. This time I am two days late and occasionally having this light brown or a pinkish brown, but only now and then when I wipe. I have no pains or aches, just nausea and a pressure and flutter in my lower abdomen.

Any ideas?
