My roommate contracted oral herpes. She went and got her meds from the clinic yesterday as well as started them. I’m afraid of getting it. Recently before she started feeling all the symptoms I hadn’t shared anything with her. But now I’m reading that if she touches me I can get it?? Her like aura is infected basically? She is at her parents and has a bunch of siblings and she knows not to share etc but what about the space she’s taking up? If someone were to go in her space could they get it too? Like I say on her bed to talk the other day could I get it? I’m overall paranoid I’m not gonna lie. There are four of us that live together and I really don’t want to get anything. Rn she only has mouth/lip blisters. I’m sorry if I sound dumb but I was never really educated on stuff like this
