Hello ‘yalll! My baby Santiago is 6 days old now and I still don’t understand the nursing and pumping schedule. I’m trying to feed him every 3 hours but getting very tired at night.

I started pumping so my mom can feed him while I rest a little but I don’t understand the cycle: if I pump, when I should give him that milk? Immediately in the next feed? Or should store it for the nights?

It is so confusing as I was told that this first weeks help to build that demand/supply schedule.
