Heartburn/acid reflux kicking your butt?!?

Anyone else losing to acid reflux?!? I drank WATER yesterday and it started acting up lol 5w5d.. this is going to be a really fun time.. what’s the tums limit? 😂

I love Tums, no more than 6 a day according to package... but my doc said Zantac (OTC) was ok and it works wonders. Ask your doc about that one.

Lol I ate them like candy in the third trimester, 32 weeks-on lol I do have kidney issues so I won’t take until then when I know it’s the worst BUT - I do know it’s super common to get heartburn in the first tri because of the progesterone!!!

The ones I have at home say no more than 5 a day if pregnant. It's not enough though. It's been kicking my butt for weeks.
