Please help! Late period/ possible pregnancy ?!

I’m currently 2-3 days late (each app has a different start date). I got my period a day early my last cycle ( July 1-4th) and it only lasted four days which was unusual but it was heavy for the first two days as normal, and cramps were strong which again is normal for me. I had unprotected sex between (6th-11th) he didn’t finish in me (yes I know the chance of precum) I was due for my period the 28th/29th of July and it hasn’t came. I’ve been feeling period like cramps, constipation/ diarrhea, lower back pain (however, I’ve always had back pain) and been having thin, cloudy discharge and frequent urination .I’ve took a couple of pregnancy tests and they have came back negative. Also, on the 24th I can’t tell if this is spotting or not because I normally don’t spot. I would’ve ovulated (according to the apps 13th-15th) I’ve been stressed out which could be the reason for it being late as well . Thank you and it would be appreciated for some feedback
