They’re here!

32 + 1 !!

My water broke around 4:30 this morning but I didn’t have any contractions for another hour or two when I was already in the hospital.

I arrived and I was already 3 cm dilated. The boys were breech so I was moved to the front of the c-section line. 🙊 it wasn’t an emergency but the nurses wanted to get me prepped and ready to go before the contractions got bad.

Everything happened so fast! I got prepped, dad got prepped, we were moved into the OR and the babies were born at 7:52 and 7:53 am. They cried and I got to see them before they and dad went off to the nicu. I was sewn or stapled up and moved to the recovery room where I stayed for about an hour and a half.

The boys are expected to be in nicu until their actual due date of sept 24th. 😢 Nothing is wrong, they just need more time.

As for myself I’ll be here for 3-4 days. O
