When I got my tragus pierced it did the same thing from sleeping on it. All I did was clean it every few hours and it went away. The best thing for you to do would be not to touch it other than if you’re cleaning it. Also make sure to wash your hands before cleaning the jewelry!!! Hope it swells down. 😊

Try heating up some water and add a few drops of tea tree oil and sea salt and dip a cotton ball in it and then apply it to the piercing. Re dip when it gets cool. 
Do a soak like that about 3 times a day, it should help it heal right up
