Frustrated, Please help

So, my period is 5 days late. i am getting really stressed out. i haven’t had sex at all. I am getting so mad because i keep cramping and getting heavy discharge. I don’t know what’s going on with me. It has been a rough month. I had a very messy breakup. I just wanna know what’s wrong with me.
