Implantation or period starting?

I don't know when I ovulated but this app says I'm getting my period in 6 days... I've been feeling so emotional with light cramping and today I've been very tired and  took a test and its negative.... do I still have a chance?

If ur period isn’t due for six days ur testing too early, u have a chance until period shows up

I tested today and it's negative
I don't get any IB as if now..Tired, emotional..
