Bumpy rash? Baby acne?

My 4 week old baby girl keeps getting flare ups like this. Will it go away on its own? Do I need to put anything on it? 🙁🥺 thanks x

Baby acne very normal. You could put some breastmilk on it  but it will go away.

I would call the doc, they should know what creams are safe and maybe prescribe something.

My baby was starting to get baby acne and I switched his shampoo and body soap to aveeno fragrance free. It really helped !!
