Fertility tea success stories?

Sooo this arrived today and iv been ready reviews and read that women have concieved first or second month of drinking it?
Iv been ttc for 20 months now and I'm willing to take any tips.
Any success stories on this?

My friend had been ttc for years! Like 5 maybe 6 or more even. She tried everything, clomid, she got tests done, they checked the flow of her tubes, checked if she was ovulating everything and she just never got prego but she just recently had her son! I asked her how she did it she said she tried a fertility tea so I think they work!
