Pregnant maybe? Opinions needed

I had a 1 day period that came 3 days late should I test more or just assume I had a super short period the day I started bleeding it was not heavy or dark red just bright pink and I used maybe 1 pad and 1 tampon and then for two days after i had very minimal spotting only when I'd wipe so I'd put a pad on and nothing...and it was brownish pinkish my periods are on only 3 days and normally pretty heavy what are your opinions???
