Hey ladies so I notice whenever I lean against the counter like when doing dishes I start getting sharp pain where the baby is, why is this? Is it bad ? Or normal. ? Why does this happen?

I get this when I have to much pressure on my stomach

I've noticed something similar if I bend over to pick something up while sitting or trying to tie shoes. I think it pressure on the uterus, so I try to position myself differently so that I'm not pressing on it.
Maybe you could try a step stool so that your belly isn't up against the counter? Or a bar height stool so you could even sit while doing dishes!

Probably your body saying “hey, this is not a good idea.” I definitely get uncomfortable/pain if I try sleeping on my stomach now, for comparison.

I get sharp pains with pressure as well. I dont think it is something to be worried about as long as they do not continue. The body is growing a lot I try not to worry
