Okay so I noticed as I breathe in my heart beats 3 times and I can feel it without touching my chest. I went to my doctor about similar issues a few years back and she said it could be because of caffeine. Since April I have cut caffeine out of my diet completely and only drink water with lemon and occasionally tea. My dad has heart murmurs and at one point my mom has had them as well. This only happens to my heart occasionally and it isn’t an all the time thing. Should I go to my doctor or am I okay?
