Feeling good

Definitely not done my journey, but I'm just feeling really good and wanted to post somewhere. I've been working intentionally on getting healthier and losing some weight. I'm down about 10lbs and I feel so strong and healthy and I hope to just keep working on feeling my best self.

Also, I dance with a local group and was given the opportunity to do a lift that I always felt way to big to even try. So yay!
