PCOS diagnosis

Apologies for the rant but my doctor just told me I likely have PCOS. I have regular periods (30 day cycles) and have gotten pregnant twice but chemical pregnancies for both. Been seeing an RE for the last 10 months and she's been so passive! Unfortunately, she's the only one where I live unless I travel several hours. I've pressed for so many tests only to be told it's not necessary. And then to have her suggest those tests months later. I feel like I've just wasted so much time. I'm almost 36 now and I feel like I'm running out of time to have a baby of my own and it's just a crushing feeling.

For those with PCOS, what did you do to get pregnant successfully?

Any advice or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all for taking the time to read my rant. Best wishes to all of you.
