What wrong with me

I thought AF came this month, but I barely had anything for two days and then it was all gone. I have had headaches for the past two weeks and I have no idea from what!! I have also been eating and constantly hungry often so idk what’s up. I have taken several test that show negative at first, but a couple hours later it turns very positive. What does that mean?

This is a photo of my of my test taken 1 days after bleeding. I’m currently still having brownish discharge that I have never had before. So strange!!! This phone was for a couple hours after the test was taken.
