how long after having baby did your periods get back to normal? ... I'm 12 weeks pp and had a period from 26th june and glow saying I'm 7 days late for my period I'm showing no signs of starting either really however I did have implant put in 2 weeks ago so I'm wondering if that's either delayed or completely stopped my periods... when I had implant for the first time after I had my second child 2 years ago and my periods were crazy but regular pattern as in I was on for 2 weeks every two weeks for a few months then it went to once a month monthly until may then had it removed in the june but had no period from the beginning of the may (2018) until August same year then a few weeks later found out I was pregnant... apart from the postpartum "period" I've only had the one period which as I say was the 26th June so I'm wondering if it is the implant that messed my period up or can it take a while to get periods back to normal after baby even though this is my third I cant remember what my other 2 were like period wise after having them lol.. I'm kinda guessing that maybe my periods had started to stop the first time I had it in before removing it so maybe now I've got another one put in again maybe my body has decided it knows the medication from it so has stopped them straight away or it's just delayed lmao ... I bet i post this and it starts tomorrow or something lol from what i remember when i had first put in the first time my period came 3 days later as that's when I was due anyway lol I'm kinda hoping they have stopped completely lol
