I went for ultrasounds, and I had a first glimpse of a diagnosis. It looks like I have polycystic ovaries... and I have SO MANY questions.

I have been speaking to doctors for years & it took a long time for anybody to take me seriously or actually run thorough tests.

5 years ago I had blood tests, and nothing came back.

2 years ago I paid for a private doctor who told me that I might have endometriosis, but gave me a diagnosis of trapped gas!!

Today my internal ultrasound showed enough cysts to put me in the category of polycystic ovaries ... and from what I’ve read so far, it makes sense.

I still have to see my GP early next week, but I am trying to learn as much as I can in preparation for discussing treatments.

I would be really grateful to hear of other people’s experiences with polycystic ovaries and PCOS?!

My husband and I want to conceive and so far no success. Perhaps I am not ovulating.
