No, there was nothing about STDs or gay/lesbian sex or anything it was basically a penis goes in a vagina and when semen meets an egg the woman is pregnant

Fuck no. I was literally taught that if I waited for marriage to have sex, then there was absolutely no chance that I would get an STI and i would only be able to get pregnant when I wanted to if I waited for marriage. Comprehensive sex Ed should be offered from a much younger age than 8th grade and should be ongoing

Yep, my school had great and super in-depth sex education and I’m from Wisconsin 🤔 my school must have been a fluke since sex ed in the US is notoriously lacking

I feel like we always had age appropriate And informed sex Ed, ours started in like year 5 (guessing that’s America’s middle school idk) and we’d get a class periodically, I had a couple in secondary school (high school) and then a couple in college, didn’t prevent me having a baby at 17 though, there’s no cure for been naive and a bit of a dumb ass.
