What is this!😩

I had my implant out(10th July), 2 days later I have this blood mixed with very clear jelly like stuff. Could I have ovulated that day? I had sex the day before and My period lasted 3 days. Please comment ! I’m currently peeing a lot, having cramps and feeling very sick. I done a test 1 week after this and was negative
