Help !

I just recently went in to get my annual , i got a call back a few days later that I had chlamydia (it has been a while since I got checked so I have no idea how long I’ve had it) any way I got my prescription & took it and all that . I had never had a std so I didn’t really know anything about it as I’ve read on it I noticed it causes PID if I did have it would it have come up on my annual ?

Just super scared & nervous , I don’t want to struggle to have another baby whenever the time comes 😭😥😓

I’ve been overthinking it so much ever since I got that call back .
