my son is 14 months old still nurses once or twice during the night, cosleeps and has to be bounced to sleep. I'm ready for him to sleep in his own bed and for him to be able to self sooth and fall asleep on his own. we are 20 mins into the first night of this "sleep training " and my heart is breaking for him. he's been crying hard the whole time. I feel like this may do more harm than good. I need any advice tips tricks whatever you think may help or has worked for you. thanks in advance
