Belly button pain?

Having a weird pain behind my belly button...only 8 weeks 3 days so it can't be my uterus yet right? Should I be worried this is appendicitis or something? Anyone else have this?

I had this with my first pregnancy. Except mine started to shoot down there . The doctor told me it was normal growing pains . But if it’s really bad pain I would go see the doctor just to make sure you’re alright! Better safe than sorry I always say.

Appendicitis is low down on the right hand side.  I have adhesions around my belly button from surgery for a hernia so I’m not sure what’s normal there, I always feel a little pain.  I would say either gas or constipation.
