I need advice 🥺 (PLEASE CLICK)

So for my prom I had got a ponytail (June 14) it was so pretty and all until I started getting pain because of how tight it was so I decided to take it off on the third day... when I took it off ALL my natural hair was gone on that spot🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ve been trying to have it grow back ever since but only the hair surrounding bald spot is growing😢 I don’t know what to do 🤦🏽‍♀️
