Success on letrozole?

Has anyone here had success with letrozole. This is my second cycle on it. First cycle I had 5 mature follicles and none stuck. I just had baseline yesterday. 2 big follicles already, 6 under 10mm. 2nd day of medicine. I just want to be pregnant so bad already.

I am pregnant from my second round of letrozole, but I did not to it with monitoring, so I can’t tell you how many or how big my follicles were, unfortunately. I hope you have luck this cycle. 🍀

I’m currently pregnant with my first round of letrazole and timed intercourse. I had 2 large follicles, one on each side (although I don’t have a right Fallopian tube. First hcg level was 77.3. I go tomorrow for my second levels.. hoping this is a sticky little babe!

I just found out this week I am pregnant. We conceived on our 4th round of letrozole. We tried the 2.5mg but did not ovulate. Then we bumped up to 5mg and ovulated with no success, then the 2nd round of 5mg is when we conceived! This took us 2 years of ttc! Don’t give up❤️
