Workout advice
Mamas, what’s better for you as far as toning and cutting inches... running or power walking. I use to power walk 4-8 miles a day before i got married and now we’re expecting baby number two. Currently I’m only 5 months along but I’m planning on a workout regimen once baby gets here to get back in shape and i was thinking about jogging. Also, what beginner jogging apps do you recommend... side note, i don’t plan on doing weights or cross fit or anything that doesn’t involve slipping on shoes and going outside. Tyia
