What is life?!
My baby fell asleep at 7:15 pm today for the FIRST TIME EVER 🙌 he’s been a terrible sleeper since day 1, and I’ve tried so much things, swaddling, Merlin sleepsuit, bed sharing, crib, pack n play, rocking to sleep, bedtime routine, and finally today I see some success!!!!
Usually it’s a battle that involves a lot of crying, rocking, repetitive putting down and frustration. But today I followed the LittleZsleep program, that I bought for 29$ after reading someone recommending it on here. It’s simple and common sense but the tiny changes made a HUGE difference for us🙌🙌 just had to share! He usually wakes up 2-3 times a night, so I know those will take some time to change but atleast I don’t have to feel emotionally drained tonight by a frustrating bedtime.
Me and my husband are actually having dinner togethor and watching some tv, THIS NEVER HAPPENS 🥳🥳🥳
