No. You can no have a period while pregnant. But you can have bleeding that makes you think it’s your period before or after a positive test. It’s not always a miscarriage if it’s heavy too. 
I bled with my son after I got a positive test. But he was fine. I bled again a month later (when my period would’ve been due again) and both times were a medium flow. Looked like my period. 
It’s impossible to have a REAL period and be pregnant. Baby won’t survive shedding of the uterine lining.

It's not an actual period, but can mimic one. It's bleeding that's mistaken for a period. That's why some women don't end up knowing they're pregnant for some time.
