Pregnancy riddles for announcements

I thought it would be fun to announce my pregnancy with a riddle. So far I’ve only found one that I like: What gets a shower but doesn’t get wet? (Baby) and then I would share my ultrasound as an answer.

But I want more options, can anyone help with more pregnancy riddles?
