Start work without a contract yet?
So I already got accepted to this work under a big company dealing with schools, hospitals, and resorts. The problem is... they want me to start on monday but they said my contract is still being reviewed and in the process of being approved. They gave me the salary range in line with my asking. My question is. Should i wait till my contract is written down or should i trust them and go ahead with the work?
