Feeling Guilty

I have tried so many times to eat healthier now that I’m 4 months pregnant! But I’m unable to eat meals that are healthy (salads, veggies, chicken, beef, etc.) without gagging or feeling sick after. I feel really guilty because I want my baby to be healthy. But when I can only eat potatoes and cereal, I know if I continue it may arise health problems for me and my baby.

Can someone please help me with some kind advice on what I can do?! Thanks
