Allergy test
Hi mamas!
I have a quick question, in order to test my 2 month old for a milk allergy do I absolutely HAVE to go through his pediatrician? I’m honestly convinced he has a milk protein allergy because he has all the signs except for blood in his stool. But his pediatrician won’t test him unless he has blood in his stool... I know that’s one of the major signs but I also don’t want my son to be in so much discomfort while eating if he does. He has been extremely fussy during feeding time these past 2 weeks even after doing gas drops, the windi from the freida line, different feeding/laying positions, keeping him upright and upping his flow on his bottle nipples. It’s getting to the point he doesn’t wanna eat much but an ounce an hour or so. I’ve consulted his doctor and his only suggestion was gas drops.
I just HATE seeing my baby in pain.😣
