My daughter is 4 months old and all of the sudden my right boob is feeling kind of sore when she nurses

That’s probably a clogged duct. It hurts really bad before it’s unclogged. Then sore for a couple days after. Just keep emptying your breast by pumping and nursing. I also get flu like symptoms. Headache, low fever, achy all over.. but I think my symptoms are extreme. Most people don’t have all of those.
