Postpartum Body: Losing Weight & Body Toning
I’m 7 months pregnant now with my 2nd and it’s only been a little under a 1 1/2 since I had my 1st baby.
I lost weight and was down to my original weight before getting pregnant 143lbs.
An I am wanting to try again for 1 more baby, but I want to take this year for me and working on getting my body back before having another baby.
Any tips or advice.
On thing I am really wanting to do this time around if belly binding.
If anyone has tried this how do you do it, and how was your experience.
