Cramping ! Help please
I’m wondering is it normal to get menstrual like cramps . I just turned 4 weeks and the cramping has lasted for about 4 days , I can usually feel them a lot more when I get up and start moving but I do have them if I’m just laying down . RBIs is my first pregnancy and I’m just freaking myself out but there is also no bleeding thank god
