Reminding myself there will still be bad days
Is so important. I posted last week(ish) about finally not wearing any braces on my legs to work. Today has not been so good and I’m wearing braces, compression stockings and had an allergic reaction bad enough to go to urgent care yet again on top of all I had a seizure because of the allergic reaction.
Bad days happen and in my excitement over having a really good week I forgot where I came from and where I can easily get brought back to depending on simple things such as weather and stress levels or even sleep quality.
Reminding myself bad days are allowed is needed especially when you cycle between super healthy and not so super healthy. And you know what else I’m allowed to cry over it too, but I cry and then wipe my tears and continue to push to get back to where I was a week ago when I felt on top of the world.
Sorry for my rant I’m just thinking out loud and reminding myself every 5 seconds that I’m not always going to be super healthy. Maybe someone else needed this reminder today too. *gentle hugs friends*
