Help how do I tell my husband

So my husband is a decil mechanic and for the last few months he has been working as a ramp agent for an airline company. Well I have noticed that he is getting stupidity depressed. Like he is trying so hard to be a good husband and dad but he really wants to be what he went to school to be. So a few weeks ago I started getting ahold of all my trucker friends and family. Just for their input and everything so he now has a ton of references. And my mom is talking to the owner of a trucking company pulling her strings to get him a job. And the owner of said company knows my mom and I so my husband has a high chance of getting hired. Now how do I tell my husband that since he made my dream come true. I am making his?
