False Positive

So.... on May 11th I had a miscarriage at 15 weeks. I have PCOS and irregular periods. My OB suggested being on bc for a few months to regulate my cycle before trying again, she put me on a low estrogen bc. The end of my first cycle in June I had little bleeding and I didn’t continue to take the bc to see if I would ovulate. Well I peed on sticks dang near everyday and nothing 🙄 I called my dr last week and switched to progesterone bc because she even said the estrogen bc sometimes women don’t have periods. ANNOYED because that was the whole point of starting bc (regulate my period) So today before I started the bc I took a pregnancy test and there was a faint 2nd line! I immediately called my dr and went in for a blood test. They just called me back and it was negative. 😢 I’ve never had a false positive before and I feel so crushed! Pictures of test, looks even more bold in person.
