5+6 And keeping fit!

Hey y’all! I’m due March 27th! I’m a personal trainer, and I am trying to stay on the fit side! Lol My symptoms aren’t horrible, so I am just rearranging my nutrition schedule and my exercise intensity. Been looking for a group of others doing the same!

This is my third kiddo, but my first since learning how to really be fit and healthy. So, the pregnancy side is newer for myself in this game of health! I’m enjoying being able to workout without puking (my last pregnancy I had HG and had to stop), but I do miss my insane personal workout sessions. They aren’t the best to do while pregnant (very, very high intensity), so I changed the intensity by a lot and switched to doing more strength focused training with some light cardio.

Anyone else early on in pregnancy and hoping to keep with their own programs?
