My 3 week old recently broke out in this rash I read putting breastmilk helps but that looks like it made it worse. What can I do?

It looks hormonal to me, it’s most likely from the hormones in your milk. It’s not harmful and will clear itself 😊

Looks like baby acne. It's normal and will go away on its own. I didn't put anything on it, just wiped with a damp washcloth at least once a day
