WALKING!? When did your little one start walking?

I have a 12 month old son and he is cruising but not independently walking yet. My husband thinks he’s falling behind but I’m happy that my little one is happy. Any tips?

My son was 16mo when he finally started walking independently. Every Abby focuses on different things. If your Ped isn't worried, don't worry mama 💕

Mine didnt walk till 17 months

All babies are different.  My son skipped crawling and went to walking at 10 months.  As long as your son keeps learning and shows progress dont worry or rush him.  He will get it!!!! Just encourage him.  Most babies learn by 18 months

My girl started at 13 months. It's normal for children to not walk until they're 18 months though.

14 months. 12-18 months is considered “normal” range.

My 12 month old still is NOT walking. It’s fine because it’s now between 12-15 months old that they’re “expected” to start walking.

2 babies of family/friends were born a month and like 20 days apart. The girl was walking by 12 months but only started talking at 18-20 months. Where as the boy walked at 16 months and said little words by 13 months 😊 all babies are different and they develop at their own pace. As long as your lo isn’t behind with other stuff I wouldn’t worry 😊
