Stomach Lightning??

Question

Ok, so I sound crazy every time I try to explain it, but I’ll try again. Once a day since last Saturday, I’ve been feeling a very fast “shot of lightning” about four inches to the left of my navel. It doesn’t hurt and it is very fast. Normally, I’m not doing anything in particular like lift, stretching, etc. when I feel it. What the hell is this? Anyone else? It does not hurt.

If it's not a good kick or jab from baby I'd guess it's just your ligaments stretching. I have it occasionally although not always in the same spot. If it's not painful I'd just wait and bring it up at your next doctors appointment.

I think I might know what your talking about but when it happens to me I’m usually bending or using my stomach muscles. It’s like a karate jab feeling. No idea what it is but I yelp in pain whenever it happens.
